About this Role
We currently have an opportunity within the school for an SMSA (School meals supervisor) effective 1st December 2024.
The role will be term time only plus 1 inset day, Monday to Friday 6.25 hours per week (Mon to Fri 1.25 hours per day). Actual salary £3,478.
The purpose of the job is to supervise, guide and assist children during the recreation period, so as to ensure the safety, general welfare and proper conduct of students during this period.
We are looking for someone who has experience of student supervision with the ability to communicate and interact with both staff and students.
The successful candidate will be able to show an ability to work empathically with children and willingness to work cooperatively as part of a team.
A First aid at work certificate or willingness to learn would be preferred.
